The idea of BREASE first came to us on a hot, humid day, when the women at Carmesi were discussing their bra woes, and complaining about the constant discomfort of wearing tight/underwire bras. As a brand that aims to bring women’s health and wellness at the forefront, this seemed to us like a genuine concern that has never been discussed in the open. That was it; we decided to solve it for ourselves, and for all the women who share this misery with us. And that’s how we brought BREASE to the world. What makes your product special? The fact that BREASE is the first-of-its-kind product in the world, and that it deals with an extremely relevant issue for women, that has always been acknowledged but never been solved. What has been the best part of your experience? I feel building something from scratch and being able to call it your own is a great joy. But what’s actually magnificent is witnessing thousands of others believing in what you have built, and accepting it. Getting up every morning, and feeling that we have been able to stand true to the belief of all those women is what makes me the proudest.
