It keeps me warmer when I wear it under my wetsuitHands-down the best wetsuit (I own the pant/shirt set) I've ever come across. It's neutrally buoyant, the inner material is extremely soft, and the fit could not be better. I'm rarely cold during dives and typically refuse to wear a wetsuit, but I now wear the Exowear set all the time because they're much easier than a fullsuit to flush through with cool water while diving so as to not overheat. I highly, highly recommend purchasing the set.
