Love that these are heels but are comfortable after walking for a day. I have worn them to work and taken them on vacation - worn with dresses and with jeans. Love the way the look. Did not trigger my plantar fasciitis at all. As some reviewers stated, the top leather straps are a bit stiff, but it seems to me like this will help them retain shape and support and not get too loose or floppy. Love these! Great purchase.I love these and they are very comfy, but the heel is much too high for my poor back after multiple back surgeries. They were a gift and I didn’t get them in time for Amazon’s return policy so I’m stuck with them. I still just have them sitting in the closet never worn. It’s frustrating. I highly recommend these, but the heel is more like 2.5” to 3”. Still I repeat VERY comfortable!!They fit so tight! Had to use shoe stretcher, took breaking in. The footbed is fine, by narrow they mean not enough leather to fit over the top of your foot. I bought from Nordstrom and were very different fit, but those stretched out over time, leaving them loose. So maybe in the end these will be better.I was experiencing a great deal of pain due to my flat feet so I found my old pair of Arizona Birkenstock’s and wore them for a while. But, I needed a pair of summer shoes I could wear with skirts and dress slacks and jeans. Was really happy to find this shoe. Although I was unsure if I would like the material used in the straps (they are not the customary leather Birkenstock’s always used) I decided to take a chance on them. These are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned and the strap material is incredible soft and smooth. I love them to the point of ordering a second pair in a different color.I’m pretty surprised that I’m having some trouble with comfort. I have plantar fasciitis so I am a huge Birkenstock fan so I was excited to finally invest some money on a heeled version. I find that the upper leather part is too hard and stiff and pinches my foot, also puts pressure on my bunions. I’m hoping to give it some time to break in. Also thinking about wearing them while wet to mold the stiff leather to my feet. Kind of disappointing but I’m willing to give it more time.I have plantar fasciitis and Birks are one of the only brands that I can wear. Love my birks but I dont always want to wear the traditional “birk look”. Before purchasing these, I was really skeptical about how the heel would affect the comfort I need. I was blown away! These are comfortable and oh so cute. They run true to size. Don’t let “narrow” width scare you away. Birks only have two widths.. narrow and wide. Narrow is the same as medium. I normally wear a 7.5 medium and the 7.5 “narrow” fit perfectly. These are simply awesome!Theses shoes are much lighter than they look - which is nice. The arch support in particular feels so wonderful on my high arches.Since Birkenstock sold it to another company evidently the shoe is not the same quality. Not made in Germany. I didn't know they were made in Portugal. They are so tide. And the leather is so stiff. Bought a Shoe stretcher Spray. It hasn't helped. For $160 I expected more!! I have been buying Birkenstock for over 20 years. So disappointed. I bought them for a special. My last return of a different product was left at our door to be picked up. The person picked up two products but I have only received credit for one..I have called several times. So, they can just keep my money.El producto me quedó demasiado pequeño no es el que yo pedí, mi medida es 25cm.
