I'm 5'7 and have gained about 15-20 pounds weight after a surgery, putting me at 157. Before, I was a 36C and now I am still 36, but wear a DD. I have ALWAYS had problems with the back bulges that MOST bras cause across the back and under the arms, as well. Now it's been even worse. I even had a professional fitting and they put me in a "proper" 34DDD! Talk about your back fat... I looked like a sausage spilling out of its casing both ways. The bras they were bringing me, even back smoothers, were all terribly designed for any woman wanting a classy smooth, no line look.I had seen these bras and to be honest, the price deterred me... until I had tried on every bra on the market and available to me within a 150 mile radius of my house and I was desperate to get my confidence back.I ordered a Med DD in both the foam and soft cups. I got each in the long and short. For me, the soft cups were best. The soft cups have fuller coverage if front spillage is an issue or you don't want to project. They are better if you have some unevenness between boobs , too. They really do minimize and slim. They just barely show a hint of nipple, but it's not even enough for me to bother wearing a shield. They are not going to show through most tops, only very thin and tight ones. BUT THE BACK, OH MY GOSH, THE BACK!!! Zero, none, nada, zilch, absolutely NO back lines. I almost cried. I looked so much slimmer and felt SO much better about my posture. I tried on all my clothes I haven't been wearing because of bad bras. They hld up all day and do their job.Use their sizing guide for a perfect fit, but don't be afraid to try them and make a return. The returns are not totally free, but they are easier than some folks I've read reviews from. Just don't try on unless you are right out of the shower and all dry, before you put on lotion or deo or make up or shimmer. Don't smoke around them or get pet hair near them or take the tags off and you will have no issues. The only difference between the short and long is added tummy coverage. I ordered and kept one of each in each color because I like both options. I also ordered a sports bra that has not arrived, yet. Their website has the shorties in the soft cup, I could not find any on Amazon. My only issues with the foam cups were only the cups coverage on me with my slightly uneven boob size- one filled it out fine, and the other was spilling out; and the projection- which is not a personal preference of mine, I wanted a minimized look. Otherwise, everything else was the same level of amazing and those might be things someone else needs. And to address the price... they might be a bit pricey, BUT, they do an amazing job of smoothing the entire back. No other bras match that level of smooth, even some that cost as much or more. AND, they are high quality. They arrive well packaged and have CLEAR instructions on their return conditions. Follow their measurement guide and call to speak to an assistant for help so you get the best option the first time. My fit was perfect, only differences in the styles caused me to return a couple.
