I am a 38DDD and ordered the US L+ and feel that the fit is pretty true to size. I was a bit skeptical about this being adequate support without an underwire as I've had issues before, but this is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The compression is at a really nice place, without squishing too much, but not allowing a ton of movement. I don't run or jog, so the compression is enough for me to feel comfortable as a plus size person doing weights or the types of cardio I partake in (biking, floor exercises). I think people with larger chests who run, though, might find this isn't supportive enough to control the bounce. My one complaint is that there isn't a locking mechanism for the front zipper like there are in other bras. There is just a small piece of fabric that sits over the top of it, and sometimes the zip starts to go down during exercise. I've started safety pinning the zipper at the top to stop that, however. Overall, I'm pleased with how comfortable and overall supportive this is with no underwire. Full coverage without cleavage spilling without it being so much fabric that it feels bulky and uncomfortable under my shirt. I'll probably purchase from this brand again in the future!Amending this review on 9/24/22 just to add that extended wearing of this bra for athlesiure does make it more uncomfortable I'd say around the 5 hour mark. I felt like my boobs were a bit tender when taking it off due to discomfort after extended wear for maybe 15ish minutes, but still stand my my original review and star placement because for workouts this is still my go-to bra but definitely not one I would willing wear all day unless I was out of laundry.
