I love my Sofft knee-high boots! They fit my feet perfectly (ordered 9.5 M) with a little room for thicker socks. The leather is so soft, typical of Sofft boots! I have other Sofft boots (mid-calf) which I love as well. I do have narrow feet so these run a little narrower than other medium widths (from my experience only). I love the height of the heel (perfect for me) and I think there is arch support as well since i have high arches too. I would definitely recommend these boots and other Sofft shoes/boots!
